How charges are determined:
Charges for recovery services
are based upon the amount of data that is recovered.
- If the amount of
data recovered is greater than 25,000 bytes, charges are applied
and billed to you.
- If the amount of data
recovered is 25,000 bytes or less, the service is
FREE and the recovered
file is returned to you.
- If the system
does not find any recoverable data, a notification is emailed to you and no
charges are made.
- If the system
cannot make the determination on its own, your file is held for "human
evaluation" and an email is sent to notify you of the delay. There are no
additional charges for "human evaluation".

DoctorRecovery is a disaster
recovery service. The recovery of files is based upon the assumption that all of
your data is contained within the submitted file and not somewhere else on your
computer, disk or network. DoctorRecovery recovers all useable data that can be
found in your file and does not guarantee that you will get 100% of your file in
tact. By submitting your file to our system, you are agreeing to the terms of
pricing and understand that your recovered file may not contain all of the items
that you were hoping to retrieve, including but not limited to text, graphics,
formulas, VBA macros, forms, reports, tables, charts, graphs, slides, pages or
formatting. You as the customer also agree to accept all responsibility for the
